I needed to create a sign for my booth... Once I got started, I had a blast !
Junk designs and shabby style. This is the entrance to the newest antique store in our town.  My booth is more of the same.
The ice cream bucket was painted white, then green, then sanded. It was gone on opening day!  I shoulda kept that one :)
A funky galvanized whatchacallit made a great planter.
And finally, this awesomely chippy door was staged in the entrance with a burlap roman shade style window treatment tied up with twine.  It too was gone opening week!

Junk designing is such a creative outlet.  The use of junk and architectural pieces makes furniture ideas come to life! I'm sharing a few pics of pieces sold earlier this summer. Now, back to the barn to make more.........

They are right down the road from one another. Both have facebook pages by the same name, and also websites. Thanks for your nice comment :)

suewhitney writes: Tammy...love your stuff and your sign is fabulous. I thought I would highlight your post as a way of raising a glass to all of our vendors/dealers here at JMS. It's no easy task to be a great vendor and you along with so many other vendors on this sight are an inspiration to the industry. Nice job!

Be Well,
