With a coat of weather resistant paint, new drawer pulls and a flat board for the top - an old waterfall style vanity is transformed into a functional serving/storage area for the back porch. The drawers provide plenty of space to stash grilling supplies, napkins, cutlery, candles, and games.

The little shelf at the bottom provides a place to display plants or collections.

This curbside acquisition was not in the best of shape. One of the three mirrors was broken and the vanity itself was missing crucial components to support the mirrors. I needed a serving area on my back porch and saw the potential in this discarded piece. Not to worry - I was able to use the tallest of the mirrors inside the house.
