I found an antique wooden dresser mirror at a thrift store.  The mirror was broken. so I used vintage gears, cut tin cupcake cups, wire, paint and costume jewelry to make this kooky piece.  The back of the head is a hand strainer and there are bird salt and pepper shakers on the side of the face.  Voila!  Mr. Happy Go Lucky!!!!
