LinnTiques writes: Just clear something up...there are lots of nice booths with "clean" treasures as well! Check out the big U shaped building...Inside there are booths with nice antiques, beautiful glasswear, a clock repair shop where you can have your watch batteries changed whil you shop or work on your antique and vintage clocks at reasonable rates. There are vendors with early advertising, country store collectible, fine gold, silver, native american jewelry, many baragains on vintage purses and designs bags, new leather jackets and motorcycle and racing wear, car and train collectibles and all kinds of collectible toys, Barbies, Hotwheels, Redlines, Matchbox, etc..action figures, computer repair shop and so much more! Many vendors will work with you on the prices when they can. Each booth has hidden treasure, so don't walk by, check them all out. Bring a shopping cart or big bag to load up on the small stuff. Restrooms are kept clean. Enjoy Larry sings old pop songs while to seat down at the snack bar for a good old fashion burger or ice cream cone. Posted: 7:32 am on November 7th

1. Wear clothes you can get dirty and shoes good for climbing.
2. Be prepared to sort through (and sometimes climb) mountains of unorganized "junk". The fun part...it's like a treasure hunt! I've been known to hold an item up and yell in the general direction of the seller "5 bucks!" And 9 times out of 10, the response is going to be "Sure!"
3. If you can't take a trailer, get the truck with the biggest bed you can find...you'll need it, trust me!

This little gem is definitely a diamond in the rough. It's ugly as sin, but you'll find some great stuff! Lots of tin, metal, old glass, etc. The outside booths have the best finds. Posted: 9:01 pm on September 19th
