Green Hummingbird Feeders

So, I drink a lot of wine..........we dont have recycling in this neck of the woods.  I came up with the idea of making funky hummingbird feeders from my old wine bottles.  I purchased the stoppers/tubes and the jewelry makers wire on line.  I have been getting old jewelry from second hand stores to keep with the re-purposing theme.  (and good old jewelry is hard to come by!!)  These are my first two creations.  I would love to use more beads- but just havent come across enough yet.  I hate to break down and buy new beads, but I may not have a choice.  But rest assured my clients can be guaranteed I drank each bottle of wine myself!!!  LOL

I am a little disappointed in how the pictures turned out - I dont think you can really see the bead details -

MakinItHappen writes: Very nice, Sarah. I have purchased large glass beads from Fire Mountain for projects like this. You can get an assortment in a bag which are rough and you don't know what you will get, but they are great for outdoor projects. Here's an example:
