Scroll from an old New York City bus line. This one is at least 20 feet long. I took both of these out of the bus myself and have the knuckle scuffs to prove it -  worth every one too!
Scroll from and old Central Coast bus line. This one is about 10 feet long.
Look at the wheels I found in a dumpster! Shame on them :-)
old handmade toy race car track. I plan on cleaning it up and making track lighting out of it or hanging it on the wall as art.
Would you look at the back of the track. Love those colors - I cant say which side I like best!

I've had a couple great hauls over the last few weeks and am proud to say all these treasures cost me a big $10! I especially love the bus scrolls and plan on framing them up as a series. Any ideas of what to do with those amazing wheels? There were only two...

I'm planning a "vintage toy" them for our basement bathroom (need to build it first...) Something like this would be great! ALL of these finds are great! I'll have to check later posts to see wht you've done with any of them.
Thanks for sharing!

And your dumpster-found wheels are just too good. Since you have only the two, I can see them poly-ed and attached to a piece of scrap moulding hanging vertically. It would be great in a laundry or kitchen to hang things on such as dish towels, laundry bag, coats, etc. And they would swivel!

My favorite are the bus scrolls. There are so many places in my house I'd love to place these. Very cool!
