Man do I need some spring flowers to brighten up this cold treary day.  I dont know about you, but Spring cant come soon enough!
In its former life it was not too appealing.....
But I could see it was a diamond in the rough.
The chippiness of the wood gave it the perfect patina.
This small stash of vintage bottles will make great vases.
And I can use these claws to hold them.
Esquire Lanol White was for shoe polish.  A pretty fancy shoe polish bottle if I do say so myself.
Now all I need is the flowers....
And there you have it.  All finished!  Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
I love how it looks under this distressed Paris clocked.

What do you get when you combine a vintage broom holder, some chippy wood and some fun vintage bottles?  A very cool piece of wall art!

ShabbyGardens writes: I absolutely love it! Will also be stealing this idea once all the parts come together. I also love the white chippy board. My husband still doesn't get it; he would say "you're gonna paint that, right?" Heck no! Why would I want to ruin it? ha! Posted: 11:00 am on March 11th
