Shelled Sconce

We happened upon a store clerk piling a table full of items for only ONE DOLLAR at a home improvement store!  I could have grabbed it all but settled for a simple wall sconce, knowing it could be up-cycled to sell in our Bucksaw Studio booth in the antique mall.  The sconce was set up to be direct-wired to the wall so I added an in-line switch lamp cord (but it's easily converted back). Then, with a bag of dollar store sea shells for embellishment, all I had to do was design the edging and glue, glue, glue!  It looks neat with the translucent shells and glass together when lighted.
