I had found these key plates at a salvage yard a few years ago and put them together with an old dresser knob that fit into the small hole just perfectly.
The windows were from my old house left over from a remodeling project.  They seemed just right to frame two water colors all the way from Quebec City Canada!

I had been wanting to spell out my name for a very long time, but alas, no letters of interest were in my hunting ground...so I created them with random pieces I had around the house.  This will be one of those on going projects, perhaps replacing some pieces as I find new ones, but it was fun to work with what I had at the moment...key holes, rulers, an old slate board, pieces from an old treasured swing, a jellow mold, etc.  I did have the letter "L" but I am hoping to find another special object to replace that one with...and now my husband has gotten into it, so hopefully we will make a new memory while locating it.
