Kitchen islands and tables

3 kitchen islands or bars. One on an iron base I found and the top I made from old thick heavy wood. Another using a base from an old work bench and the top from old wood I planed and polished. As a side note. A guy came into our shop and just bought the top for a bar on old beer barrels. Later a couple came in, before the guy picked up the top, and wanted the whole thing. " The base is all I have, but I can make another top." "OK here's a check call us when it is ready." Don't usually sell the same table twice in one day. The other work table came out of an old cotton mill.
