Here she is...all ready for her close up.

For this grouping I chose similar colored finals in differing shapes...but the options are endless.
I love how they look all clustered together.
And here they are mixed in with a few other goodies last month at Drawers of Davlee in Monticello, MN.
And like always for me...super easy too :)

Do you have certain thrift store items that you alway scoop up?  I have this thing for finials...I always grab them up an there they sit.  Although they do look quite lovely all togther in a bowl, I also had a large quantity of assorted candleholders from an event I decorated for at church last Christmas.   And the "marriage" of these 2 thrift store makes a pretty little "set about".

lilacsndreams writes: I love what you did with the finials:) I LOVE candle sticks, and have plenty sitting around of colors, shapes, sizes, glass, wood, designed, etc. I like to use my candle holders with plates, saucers, bowls, I am working on 1 adding a bird house due to the color of the candle holder, and just all kinds of fun.

Thanks for sharing this idea too. Yes, they do look like chess pieces, don't they?:) Posted: 10:29 pm on November 24th
