A-Door-able coffee table.

Found this beautiful old door at a Habitat restore. I got the entire door, two pieces cut in half for $5.00. Shown is the bottom half I turned into a coffee table while bottom picture shows the top door half I've not worked on yet. I love the chippy paint, grooved panels and weathered look. I made a coffee table out of one half, and have plans to make a tall bench for the remaining half. See what you think. Oh, the legs came from a trashed side table that I unscrewed and painted white to match the door. We drilled holes in the door corners to screw in the legs. My daughters and I stenciled and painted the designs on the door to give it a shabby beachy cottage feel. I now have it outside on my lanai and love it!
