Dont these old white posts say faux fireplace to you?
After dis-mantling and trimming the edges, theyre lined up and ready to take shape.
Enough boards for the front & sides. Used plywood for the backing and some beefy corral boards for the mantel & bottom. Fleur de lis is the finishing touch!
