Got this old frame at an estate auction with several more frames for 5.00, seems no one wanted frames that day.

Painted it a beautiful green, added foam core for a backing and covered that with lace, added more lace and then some ribbon flowers. The lace is glue tacked in spots to hold it in place. You could use it for a note holder or use it as I have to hold old photos of my instant relatives.
