This Hall tree was alot of fun putting together!  The hardest part was collecting pieces that matched well.   Its going to be sad to let go!
Before auctions I only had one square that I had for 30+ years.  Now I have 12,  Repurposing 4 helps.  Another box was about 30 tool handles and these 2 broken ones.  I placed them high enough to be a double hook.  The level I got at a tag sale a few years back.
What you cant see is I used broken hammer handles for the front legs to protect the floors from the metal legs.
The old license plates serve as the sides to my storage shelf
I used sanding disc drill attachments to cover the holes in the funnels.  Now the funnels serve as a place to put keys, gloves, etc.

Have you ever wondered what to do with those boxes you get a auctions when you have to buy the full lot?  Well, I bought 12 boxes for $8.00.  I got the gas cans on a neighbor hood clean-up program along with loads of stuff. Everyone gets a kick out of this or just shake their head.  I may even make a series of these goofy hall trees if there is a market.  It surely would clean out my shop of those "what to do with it" stuff.  I plan on padding the seat with a sport cushion or padded burlap. CAUTION: Ensure no gas or fumes are left in the gas can when you weld it!  Or oil on the funnels too (it Smolders)
