Womens bathroom door I found at a thrift shop. Three coats of spar poly & my husband hung it for me to use as a potting table & work table. Works great for holding food & drinks away from the doggies too. I love it!
Was sent this wonderful popcorn after I had my second child. Hope it gives up tasty tomatoes this time!
Bought 2 of these for $4 at a Resale store. Think they housed lights on a post at some time. Nice & rusty, looking for the right plants to put in them. They make a nice addition to my ever growing rock garden.
Another view of rusty planter.
Old birdfeeder I have had for years that has found a new purpose on my porch.

RustyDiva writes: I just love yard junk and how spring brings out the best of it. The door is way cool. I bought one with the MEN sign on it but needed it for a functional door so took the sign off and am saving it for just the right project. Love your creative planters too. Great job. wahoolb writes: Thanks! The man at the store was going to try to rip off the WOMEN sign & I had to stop him. That was why I bought the door! He thought I was nuts! My husband loved it.
I forgot to mention that he hung it so when I am finished working, I can lower it back down against the wall & it becomes art.
My husband was going to take the door handle off, but I use that to work with my hanging plants. Most functional table I have ever had! Posted: 7:39 am on April 24th
