It doesnt have any deep meaning -- its just art.
Here it is in my display window for our salvage store. The lamps were another cool project that I might post. They were made with empty toner cartridges.
I know you guys will understand that when you find a box full of miscellaneous metal signage letters, you buy the whole box!
Heres the table top I saved from the burn pile.

Most of my projects are created to serve some sort of utilitarian function. But not this time. This one is just about something that you hang on your wall to look cool. I made it out of an old aluminum trimmed round tabletop that was "donated" by friends of ours. We were having a bon fire last summer and this was brought out as fuel. I literally make a "keep" pile for myself when friends bring out what they think is trash to our little burn parties. And the metal letters were part of a large stash of perforated metal letters that I scored on at our re-store.

That box of letters was an awesome find, and I know what you mean - when you find them, ya gotta have the whole box! :)

Thanks for sharing.
