Stylin' Centerpiece

A pretty spring/summer centerpiece
The metal containers are meat grinder inserts
A canning jar holder makes a great container for this centerpiece.  The added disc spacer serves as a vase for flowers, but you could sit another candle on top.  I decided to cover the candles with the meat grinder inserts, rather than sitting the candle in them...just for something different!
This would look cool at night with the lights dimmed, dont you think?
Another addition to the centerpiece is this candle with an added number, just for fun.  The base is a zink lid off an old mason jar...

Sushikay writes: I love this idea! I've got some of those old graters that aren't very 'sharp' anymore and been thinking about how to recycle them instead of throwing them away. I bet they would look great made into small hanging lamps too. Posted: 4:07 pm on April 20th

junkermidge writes: Great title -- that IS a stylin centerpiece! I like the combination of pieces. I have several of the canning jar holders, but none of the spacers. I'd better start hunting, they look awesome as a flower vase.
