Woodworking for Junkers
April 11th, 2010 in member junk
For those of you lucky enough to be able to be in the Twin Cities for the Art + Architecture, JUNKMARKET Style event in May, be sure to check out the classes that are being offered. Rockler is presenting a class on Woodworking for Junkers that you won't want to miss!
Our very own Linda Haus and Lin Cable will run through an entire junking project for you, showing tools and techniques that are especially useful for junkers. If you're at all uneasy or unsure around tools, these gals will give you the confidence to get started and really ramp up your junking creations! And if you're already pretty savvy in the workshop, the project and techniques Linda and Lin are showing will give you new inspiration for your own junking masterpiece. There'll be time to ask questions, too, so if you've been stumped on just how to attach this doo-hickey to that piece of junk to create that perfect pièce de résistance, Linda and Lin can offer advice. Space is limited, so sign up at the AAJMS site today!
Rockler will be at the AAJMS event every day, and we look forward to meeting with lots of you and talking about how we can help you to Create with Confidence! In the meantime, check out our website at Rockler.com.
