This old receipt/invoice holder works well displaying old photgraphs of loved ones.  It hangs easily on a wall, or looks neat hanging on an old lamp base, as seen here.
Dont you just love the small metal numbers?
Left:  A no longer used door from a post office box makes a cool picture frame for Aunt Vis picture.
Right: Used farm machinery at its best!  Two sickle mower guards fit perfectly together to hold a photo from a long ago day.
Heres a close up of the sickle mower pieces.  They just happen to fit together perfectly!

Fun ways to display old photographs (or copies of old photo's)...no boring picture frames found here!

We also have a cash register on our counter and a cool picture of my dad working in a old harness store. Have to make a copy of that to do. And I was going to make a picture holder out of my skrit marker too. Awesome post!!! Love it! Mary Posted: 11:21 pm on March 18th

NDJunkGirl writes: Hey! Livingonjunktime: yes, after a good cleaning, a nice spray of satin poly is used on rusty items. Glad to see I'm not the only one who loves old farm machinery. It has to be one of my favorite things! Thank you for all the nice comments on this post. I do think the receipt holder on the old lamp base is probably one of the favorite photo display pieces I have...well, for now anyway - ha! Thanks again, everyone!
