Heres a collection of bottles I put together.
A little bit of bling!
Scrabble letters, buttons, beads and some old jewelry...a little bit of everything!

Here's a collection of bottles I put together.

I love bottles, and this is a collection that I made for one of our sales.

shabbychick writes: Cyndora - Hi and welcome to the JunkMarket! Thanks for the nice comment - I think we're all a bunch of "bottle junkies"!!!

Auctions are an adventure - and it's always fun to be able to buy things in "boxed lots" - undiscovered treasures waiting to be found!

Take care, Kathy

Cyndora writes: Wow, wow, wow I love this idea! I also collect bottles. I only wished I had more places to go looking for great junk. But live in a little town in Montana. Oh well I'll keep hoping for some more auctions. Posted: 1:57 pm on October 16th

And, thanks Georgia!!! :)

shabbychick writes: Cynthia, these bottles were a little bigger and we sold them separately as bud vases. We have sold smaller bottles in vignettes with the mirror or tray included too. Those are fun to put together - the smaller bottles can have pieces of jewelry glued on for tops, and maybe filled with glitter, beads, etc...

Candy, I love mirrors (and especially the footed dresser mirrors) - and use them to put under a lot of different things - they're under lamps on my nightstands, in the bathroom for old perfume bottles, a base for a cloche, etc... Mirrors seem to be one of those things you can never have enough of... LOL

junkinhart writes: Wonderful job, Kathy! Old bottles are one of my favorite. I have found quite a few on my back hill (almost ravine). That must be where people long ago threw their trash, and they're finally working their way up! I got turned on to denture cleaner and it works great -- what little discoloring is left adds to the charm!

Great job with the bling and I love the mirror you've arranged them on also -- finishes the pretties of perfectly!
