What To Do With A Thing-a-ma-jig

A piece of metal that I had laying around the house forever. I had bought it at a garage sale and never really knew what I wanted to do with it. My husband said he thinks it is an old adjustable funnel thing. Sounds good to me but I like it as a picture frame much better.
This is a photo of it with a ribbon already added. The middle part I cut a piece of cardboard to fit it. Then glued on a piece of black burlap on the front and a piece of black craft paper on the back. The middle also moves up or down so I could adjust it to where I want.
I then cut the photo that I wanted to fit the opening and put photo corners on the edges.
I knew I wanted to add a key too it also. So when I went looking for one I found one with the number 3 on it (for our three girls) and on the bottom of the key is the number 48. We live on 48th Ave. I think it was meant to be.
I also added three crystals on the bottom for our three beautiful daughters.

Making a picture frame out of an adjustable funnel holder?
