Seriously, there is no cabinet to go with this?  The normal person's response.  But all of us know there is nothing wrong with getting stuck holding the drawer!  I had a member call herself a bit of a drawer-a-holic in a previous post so this project is in her honor.  We will have to see if they have support groups for our kind.  I'll let you know.  Just be careful when you are junkin and drivin.  OMG Turn there! Flea Market! you know what i'm talking about ;)

flowerbasketgirl writes: love to pick up abandoned drawers myself. They make great cubbys hanging on walls for narrow shelves. Or, stacked on top of each other for narrow depth shelf units. Posted: 10:01 pm on January 15th
NDJunkGirl writes: Beautiful color on the drawer...and the mason jars are a perfect filler for it. I am in love with drawers myself, as evidently are many others on this site! Andrea Posted: 10:29 pm on January 14th

I think we have all slammed on brakes and been honked at for stopping at sales, too funny!

oldnews writes: Too funny! We live at the end of a mile long road that has nothing but wetlands until our street, and someone keeps coming halfway down the road at night dumping loads of stuff on the side of the road! Everyone is so angry about it because it really looks awful, and I agree - except that secretly (well, not anymore!) I get a little excited each time it happens! I'm usually the first one to see it on my way to work, and of course I HAVE to stop and check it out! Got some great table legs and a nice rusty bicycle wheel this morning! Shame on me...

And haven't we all almost caused an accident or two to hit a garage sale? Love the drawer, it has such great chippy paint and amazing color. The jars go perfect with it.

I have a real problem, but I'm glad to hear I'm not alone! I don't have one this amazing color and finish though...better work on that! Thanks, Laurel

Christina_S writes: If you love abandoned drawers just take a drive around the Portland, OR area. I have found so many great drawers at the curb (doors and windows are very common too). Love the one you have here, great finish that looks beautiful with the jars! Posted: 3:03 pm on January 12th

Sprouts, the greenish glass looks perfect with the paint color. And, who cares if you have the rest of the cabinet when the drawer has such a great chippy finish. I swear to god I’ve almost flipped over my SUV turning for a tag sale at the last minute.
