http://www.junkmarketstyle.com/item/18385/something-to-sing-about Been thinking about doing a cone song sheet and Midges song sheet made me itch to do one of my own. This is up year round, I dont like to take down everything, but I gussy it up a bit for Christmas.
This a close up of Silent Night I copied on to some brown paper with lace background. They sell it by the roll @ $Tree. It is in a rusty hook, cone thing that looked made for it. The  picture is my first grand baby in her Frosty suit, using a music holder for the clamp. I can see this evolving into a grate place for the grand baby Christmas pics
Finished project with my husbands trumpet. I was planning something simple. Dont know what happened, always next year, though.
An old window taken from our house. It was already green, but I added a little more of the green paint of my trim in my T.V. room. I put a tablecolth behind it for more texture.
My TV room tree. Oh, we sold 20 keyboard ornaments, at the show, and some of the snow flake ones, too.

I try to add just a little, who am I kidding, ALOT of Christmas to the stuff I keep out all year.  I try and try for the less is more, but I more or less never get there.  Thanks, Lezlee

pofolksdecorator1 writes: Hi, I love your creations. I have a question maybe you can help me with. We have an old house with a small bathroom. I had a hundred year old door, it has a window, made curtains for the backside and am stenciling the bathroom side. My question is, I have a doll crib I want to attach under the window for magazines. The bath is so small, I kind of want to cut it in half (long-wise) and make one on each side of the door. Do you have any crazy ideas For the door magazine rack? monakent writes: Everything turned out "grate"!!! However, loving music as much as I do, I have to say that the trumpet project is my fave. Not to worry about simplicity, it looks WONDERFUL just the way it is. gailmarie Posted: 10:07 am on December 22nd
