Vintage Panel Door Corner Shelf. Very shabby chic, very charming and country cottage. Thick rich paint, slightly distressed and full of personality. Irresistable too!

But you did such a pretty job with the accents to the door. Now I will have to be on the ball more before the garbage men come..lol Posted: 6:04 pm on March 13th

SalvageSuzi writes: A very french country design for a 100 year old door! My husband and I have been doing this to raised panel doors for sometime. I was able to salvage all the old doors from my grandma's 150 year old home. We did one for each of our children and kept one ourselves. Porcelain door knobs and brass knob plates! Good job! Isn't it great to salvage????? Posted: 8:28 pm on December 25th

kopykatkim writes: WOW!!!! I have done the same thing, it was a family heirloom that nobody wanted, 100 yrs. old, I decided that the best way to keep it was to make a corner shelf out of it. It now resides in my bedroom. Great Idea's come from great minds. Posted: 8:46 pm on October 10th
