Come To My Quilt Window

Ya know, I just CAN'T bring myself to throw anything away. Especially, not remnants from an old log cabin silk quilt.  The colors in this piece were so rich and jeweled in tone, it was perfect for use on a blank wall in my basement, where the colors are cream, black and wine.  This old window was in great shape, and I just mounted the piece to the back with a staple gun, and then attached picture hanging wire.  It gives me a reason to smile, when I walk past it on my way to do the laundry.
