Galvanized Worktop Table with Hammered Nail Detail

Here's another table project using a galvanized table top I literally found on the ground at the salvage yard paired with a heavy brown cafe table base.
To make it more interesting I finished the edges with galvanized roofing nails.
I satin Polycoated the base, fitted the top with wood then bolted it to the base. It measures about 4' by 3' and looks great outside as well as inside.

You know that I love this! It would be the perfect look for me if I ever get to move to that loft I have been wanting to be able to wrap my arms around. Love the detail on the edge. The perfect touch!
