"Mommy Central" with Junky Details...

Details, details...this old baking sheet painted with chalkboard paint works great.  And these old clocks are usually set to bus times so my 5 year old can work on his clock reading skills...
This old ice box works great for storage...plenty of room for kids art supplies and moms cookbooks...
An old cheese grater makes a great mini memo board to display a couple pictures of my little pumpkins.  I used old christmas candle clips to make the magnets. I use the metal flower frog to hold the business cards for some of my favorite occasional sales...I hate to miss one :)
I use old coffee pots for storage and a phone planter makes a great charging station for our cell phones...
Im not sure what this metal rack came from but painted black it makes a great place to hang the necessary calendars and menus.  Wed hate to miss Pizza Day... I got the cute little vintage people clothes pins and at an antique store.  I just attached them to the wooden variety for easier hanging...

My son started kindergarten this year and I am amazed at all the paperwork and notes and other necessary info you've got to keep track of.  So I got organized with a few my junk finds...

Very clever organizational solutions!! The old ice box is so cool, and I think the phone planter is a perfect resting place for a cell phone!
