This project looks fantastic in my house, but the cheesy/fishy stench will not be missed. Just kidding, future contest winner. I wouldn't do that to you. The piscine smells are long gone; the cheesiness lives only in my love for junk. Check out my response to the Flat Cheese Grater contest below!

Junk Market Style Difficulty Meter

Materials

One flat cheese grater
One fish cleaning board
Four 1/2 in. wood screws
Two picture hangers
Skidmore's Liquid Beeswax Wood Finish
Sand paper

Tool List

Orbital sander
Screw gun
Drill

The fish cleaning board, pre-project.

Method

Step 1: Sand fish cleaning board and wipe clean.

Sanding ensures the funky fish stink is NO MORE!

Step 2: Apply Skidmore's Wood Finish to entire board.

Enrich and beautify, baby.

Step 3: Align top of flat cheese grater with the top of the grooves on the fish cleaning board.

Step 4: Pre-drill holes for screws-one on each corner hole of the flat cheese grater.

Lightly mark the location of the grater before you pre-drill.

Step 5: Secure cheese grater with four 1/2 in. screws, one in each corner.

Step 6: Measure and place two picture hangers on back.

Step 7: Pre-drill holes and secure hangers with screws provided.

The finished project. Add a recipe and a cute towel.
