Is anyone going to the 650 mile garage sale this week?

I am leaving tomorrow to set up at the 650 mile garage sale somewhere in Tennessee. I hope to have a sign that says I'm on Junkmarket web site. Is anyone setting up? Where? anyone shopping? I would love to meet anyone going.

LuAnn writes: Well I can't make the 650 miles of sales (ohh la la) but will be done the Michigan Yard Sale Trail-200 miles along the beautiful scenic road around the "thumb" area. This is JH and my 3rd year. Each year we traveled around using different starting and stopping points. This year we will be starting in Caseville. We will arrive on Thursday (which happens to be in the middle of their "cheesebuger festival"!!). Heading out Friday and driving and shopping til we drop. This is loads of fun and the scenery is great!! Hope to find lots of stuff!!

shabbychick writes: Have fun buying and selling everybody. My friends and I went four years ago, and loaded a trailer full of great finds! It was our best girl trip ever! We drove south into to Tennessee a day early, spent the night, and then headed north for three days.

We hope to go back next year for our "five year reunion" of the World's Longest Yard Sale! :)

I am not going to the sale, but sure WISH I was. I know everyone who is going will have a great time. 650 miles of junk...does it get any better than that?? Good luck with your sales, I know you will do well. I think it is a fabulous idea to put up a sign that you are on the site. Good way to meet current members and to encourage other junkers like us to join. Good thinking!! Have fun and please take lot of pics. I would love to see some when you get back.
