Folded flat against the wall. A cup holder attatched to the side of the frame hooks onto the chain to hold it in place
Extended out from the wall.
The bottom is made from an old drawer front, and it's attatched to the wall with an old door hinge.
I've wanted one of these for a long time. I use it even more than I thought I would.

I was inspired by the laundry rack that Centsational Girl (www.centsationalgirl.com) showcased on her blog recently. I decided to build my own, but didn't want to spend much, so I used scrap wood and things I already had. I'm a pure novice when it comes to actually building something, and considering that none of the wood was straight, I think it turned out.
