An afternoon dog walk in my neighborhod turned up this sad cart.  Only 2 wheels and a broken shelf. 

New matching casters, some paint and a few fun new shelves and she is ready for the swankist of parties.  The glass top is decoupaged (underneath) with a vintage inspired sheet of 'chessy' gift wrap and the corks were first sliced in half, then glued on a piece of scrap particle board.
