I think picture frames have the capability of multiplying themselves!  No matter how many I sell at a yard sale, I still seem to have plenty.  They do come in handy once in awhile, though.  Here are two examples.  In the first picture I put a washcloth in one of the bathroom colors into a frame, added an old Avon pair-of-hands dish I found and now have an elegant little place to put the jewelry etc. when showering or at night.

The second picture shows a glaring hole over the sink which appeared when I removed an ugly board from the soffit.  I didn't want to make anything that would draw attention to the spot, so took a picture frame the size of the hole, sprayed the glass with that frost stuff and attachced heavy duty velcro to the frame and hole edges.  Voila! (picture 3) a removable (for bulb change), demure little cover.

I have done covered a hole below a tv wall for a subwoofer by using a frame with the inset of strechy fabric (so sound could come out), used velcro to attach the frame to the wall hole and it made an easy good looking solution to covering something unsightly, plus was easy to remove to get to the sub woofer.
