I used vintage hooks for this one.
Here I used vintage hooks and a locking mechanism from a vintage window.
This one has three vintage window locking mechanisms for hooks.

This key holder started out with a piece of vintage molding.  I screwed on a piece of aluminum (I’m not sure what it was used for in its previous life) on top and added the word keys with scrap book rub-on letters, and vintage hooks.  Eye hooks were then added on the top for easy hanging.
