Sap Buckets

As a going away present from some friends in Vermont, I was given some original sap buckets. I drilled holes in the bottoms, dented a few spots in on the back, bottom edge so the buckets wouldn't roll and hung them as planters on a wall at the entryway sidewalk. The sun is a chipped plate that I painted with acrylic paints and hid the chip with the plate hanger. Must use a concrete drill bit when putting in holes in concrete.
