Little-bit Junky Wedding Table Decorations

My sister had seen a similar cake topper idea in Martha Stewart Wedding magazine.  We just junked it up a bit with a vintage plate and a less than perfect paint job :)
We spent the last few months cleaning our local thrift stores out of glassware...vases, glasses...anything clear and cylindar shaped.  We used double stick tape to randomly attach assorted paper strips and ribbons.  Super easy with a nice clean look :)
Another look... (The little vases we found in sets of 3 in the Dollar section at Target around Valentines.  The little handmade paper flower idea was also thanks to Martha Stewart...Anna and Dan used these as little gifts for their guests.)

My sister Anna was married in June...we put our heads together to come up with "Budget Friendly" decorating ideas for the her Big Day.  It was so much fun...
