Look what I made...and no, I am not talking about making the bed! Although, that is an accomplishment in and of itself on some days!

This is a set of 3 recycled cabinet doors. I loved the style and molding and thought they just need a little love!

I added a metal candle sconce to give it some more detail.

I just glued this medallion onto the center, painted it blue and added an antique glaze.

As you can see from some of my other posts, I love working with recycled cabinet door fronts. Here is another way to repurpose them into unique wall art. I loved the trim on these but man, they were UGLY when I found them! They were a very dated orange color - kinda looked like tomato soup. Yuck! Nothing like a little elbow grease and some paint. I added some embellishments for an extra little bling-a-ling. You can read more on my blog at www.downhomediy.blogspot.com.
