The entire display.  The wood pc. on the right was purchased at the Junk Bonanza last year.  Its very cute as is, but is set up to hold a photo behind the glass of a vacation photo.  I liked it showing the map.
Displayed on top of a step back cupboard in our unfinished basement.
Loved the corbel when I found it.

Loved the chippy paint corbel on site.  Currently on top of a vintage cabinet being used with this display.

MimiToria writes: I will have to use the beach sand/shell theme after the holidays, as I just came back from Fleet Farm with candy corn and black licorice for the jars. We were there for something else and in the aisle the candy was jumping out at me.
Good suggestions gals. Posted: 9:41 pm on September 10th
KimberlyMelamed writes: Architectural salvage is simply divine! As for the bottles/jars, I have mine filled with sand and water from the beaches my family and I have visited. Beautiful and sentimental all in one! Don't think I'll be repurposing those for the holidays, so I'll just have to look for more...too bad.:) Posted: 11:14 am on September 10th
MimiToria writes: Your right Junk Sophisiticate. I noticed the licorice, candy corn, etc.in that issue and thought, "hey, I think I have some of those jars and could do that." I guess I'll have to pull them out from this display for the season and use them upstairs on our main floor living space. How cute would that be for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Junk_Sophisticate writes: Very nice display. Your jars look just like the ones on page 21 of the October issue of Country Living magazine. They have theirs filled with black licorice string and twists. Also orange and black m&ms, candy corn and even balls of orange and black yarn. As soon as I saw your jars I could see doing something like that. Posted: 9:31 pm on September 9th
