This little cutie is my granddaughter and I had to add the stones to the side of the plain picture frame. It spells it out!
I love stones from the beach. Here is a little something I put together with some scraps of wood.
Again my love of stones! I think I have a fetish!! I painted these flat stones with my favorite daisy. The box is an old orange crate and I added a piece of plastic in the bottom so the sand would not seep out. Now I have a great display for them.
I love finding pieces of driftwood on the beach. I have a few of them scattered throughout my cottage with the word beach painted on them.

I try to walk on the beach everyday when I am at my cottage and usually cannot come home empty handed. My garage is filled with wood and stones gallore!

Just this past week-end we were at our "lakeside cottage" and I went to the beach in town to pick up beach glass and cool finds. My husband always asks me what are you going to do with all of your beach glass? It will strike me one day, what I want to do with all of my wonderful treasures. I also collect heart shape rocks. Its wonderful and its free.
