I found this old chick feeder at a local shop this weekend. I decided to fill it with old buttons and use it in my sewing room to display some of my favorite vintage scissors from my collection.
I just cant seem to pass up an old pair of cool old scissors!
It would also be kinda cute as an Easter Egg holder! Maybe next year!

Faeryhollow writes: I have one of these and have tried to think of a clever use for it. You've done it! I also love the idea of it holding eggs, and you could also fill the jar with jelly beans for an especially colorful display. I really like the idea of using it for something that ties into the chicken theme. Barbara Posted: 9:57 pm on April 13th
