I came across 5 pink records - the color is too pretty to pass up making something but I have no clue what to do with them.  Any help would be appreciated.
These are the large records.

These are the large records, bright pink in color - need suggestions on what I can do with them. I have 5 of them.

I like the melted bowl/candle holder idea - especially with the pink!

Having worked in a record store during my wild twenties (a LONG time ago) I know that these used to be collectible. Do you still have the jackets? Or did they come like this? The color is incredible. You all know I would probably try to make a hanging lamp out of them...anything round is fair game to me! Good luck, I am sure you will do something great with these. Make sure to post your results, Georgia Posted: 2:15 pm on April 16th

Make it deep enough so that the top of the shadow box is a shelf. Paint it black & white with a little distressing and it would look so cool. Then you could display a collection of vintage music memorabilia along the top shelf and within it. I wish I had these albums for the “Contributor’s Challenge” project.

I like the idea of simply framing them as to not compromise their value (I'd check into seeing if they're worth anything before you start due to their unique color). I also have seen them made into plate risers by adhering some kind of base to them. If they're large enough they might be fun used as a plate charger at a dinner event. They'd be also fun just placed on a wall with nails in the center to hold them on. Good luck in whatever you do and be sure to share it with us!

My post with the candle holders is called "My Funny Valentine."
