Colorful glass insulator hose guard

Think I got it at Lowes. As for the solar light kit, I would think that you might be able to buy inexpensive path lights and replace the covers with the insulators. That's great idea! If you have a Harbor Freight store in your area, I know that I've seen them there. The problem that I have here with solar lights is that we have too much shade back in our "hollow" for them to work very well.
